  Great location and view of Darling Harbour and Paddy's City Market. Although it is some distance to the Rocks and the Opera House, it is walkable and can see a lot of things on the way. Queen Victoria Building is right around the corner. The train station to Bundi is just across the street. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel had been recommended to us & it surpassed all expectations. - The hotel design is unique, the situation to shops, retaurants, Darling Harbour, OperaHouse,buses, trains etc. is convenient. The bed was fairly firm, certainly better than 99% of other hotels.The concierges were extremely helpful too.When the sign to service the room is placed on the door, one's room is cleaned etc almost immediately! A very pleasant stay!10 Out of 10!

  Rooms are very comfortable, staff helpful and curteous. View from room was lovely looking out over the Chinese Gardens. - Proximity to the centre of city and darlig harbour very good/ Breakfasts were great/parking away from hotel was a little inconvenient
