  So friendly. my first time at a backpackers and it will certainly not be my last. staff were friendly and helpful. it was such a relaxed atmosphere that I wish I had got to stay longer. it's in a great location and has free wifi , laundry service, kitchen facilities.   We had a double room with private bathroom and it was very clean and comfortable, as if it had been recently renovated. The private parking space was also an added value. Although it was very cold, the heating worked very well and internet was fast. - Very friendly check-in and local knowledge of the staff. Comfy bed and loads of storage in locke... hva folk sier » rs, very hot showers too. Kitchen was well equipped and kept clean and advised by the staff when it was unavailable for cleaning. Certainly recommend it!

  No. 14 is a lovely and cosy place. I did enjoy the time while I staying. Guests there are friendly and polite. I recommended my friends must stay there if they are going to Katoomba!! - Relaxed and clean atmosphere of the whole place. Such a homely place to stay, I would definitely stay again if and when I return to Katoomba.
