Got upgraded to a 3 bedroom villa with 2 bathrooms including the spa. Decided to stay for another day as it was a long weekend and got charged at the same price as the family room which we originally booked in for. Very comfortable for a family or group. Fully self contained including a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Staff friendly and helpful. Was not able to try the restaurant but will do next time. Has bbq facilities and a nice swimming pool. The room was cleaned daily. This is close.
alle vurderinger » I liked that it was really good quality and value for money. By the looks of it, me and my mates thought it would have been really expensive. But it turned out to be much more than what we had paid for it. Would openly recommend it to our friends on their next visit to Geraldton. I booked the wrong night, arriving a day early. The receptionist went out of her way to secure a room at a time when the hotel was near fully booked. Saved a night on the park bench. So grateful. Location of the facility and the friendly and efficient service of the waitresses, kitchen staff and those servicing our room. Please convey a special commendation Bev, Carlie Diane . Have stayed a few times. I will stay again on my next trip. The restaurant is very good. The staff friendly and helpful. great idea to provide toaster, crockery etc, especially when travelling with young kids. Very friendly staff. Very handy to CBD, basic facilities but very clean and friendly. Excellent room service and restraunt. Restaurant was Excellent. Room was standard but very clean and comfortable. We liked it all, Staff, facility, location restaurant.. Fresh air.. The food and service in the restaurant is of a high standard. The hotel was comfortable and the amenities very good. friendly helpful and our apartment was amazing. Everything from food to staff was fantastic !!. Very pleasant staff only too willing to help. very good beds, Flat TV, Pool, BBQ area. Staff,clean,around service. nice soft towels. cleanliness. The food was fantastic. Not to sound like a "Bighead", but I have travelled a lot due to my work and the meals that I had at the Geraldton Best Western were beautiful. Plenty of it and extremely tasty. I would go back for the food alone. The bed was comfortable and big but very little sleep had in it due to thin walls and banging doors and loud buses!!. The rooms looked quite updated and very clean, was easy to find and convenient location. Ease of booking; spare bed made available for son w/o hassle. The cleanliness and comfort were good. Being close to the centre of town. 1.Location was good. 2.Clean. Front office staff member excellent friendly customer service. A bit confusing in running the ensuite spa. I thought at first it was broken as it was not working when we turned it on but found out that we needed to turn the fuse on? This was not explained to us. However it was relaxing when we finally found out how it worked. Excellent. No faults. There was not anything that we did not like. We originally chose to have breakfast in our room but found with coaches arriving it was preferable to have breakfast in the restaurant. A couple of human errors under pressure were forgivable. The really big storm!. although it looked nice, very expensive menu in restaurant. Maybe provide more snack type menu. Poor internet connection in room. As we had come up by bus, it was a long way to walk into town. But that isn't the hotel's fault and we benefitted from the exercise. Nothing disliked. only 1 cup and saucer, when we both have tea. waiting too long for cooked breakfasts. We experienced some very rude and loud people next door, who kept us up until 1.00 in the morning. Extremely noisy in mornings(6.30 onwards) with tour buses coming and going consistently right outside your door and idling for hours whilst waiting for very loud and noisy inconsiderate clientele. Little to no sleep had here for 2 nights. The outside very old looking, Parking very lean outside the room. Dismissive nature of front desk staff when checking in. No instructions for the heater. The second night saw a guy scream for a long time at the top of his voice and the next morning nothing was known about it by the staff. Another visitor said that he attempted to call the night manager about the disturbance but no one answered the phone. Not be able to have dinner until 8.15pm with a 5yr old was a bit poor, they should have told us when we arrived. Everything was way overpriced. a)Food in restaurant b)Cost of Room c)Mini Bar prices Very old motel with very small bathroom and toilet facilities. Woken up early by workmen just outside our room and then turning off the hot water and no one told us. Just a little bit of courtesy would have been appreciated. Tiny Cockroaches in bathroom and mini kitchen Carpet looks like it hasn't been steamcleaned in years Noisy air con Old interior Uncomfortable bed Leaking shower.
