  Great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were also great and I like that the place was surrounded with lots of trees and gardens so that staying there was very relaxing and laid back - very similar to the Darwin vibe. My door swipe card was causing me probs after a very long flight, seb cheerfully showed me how to use the swipe card. Most people wouldnt have made such an effort. It provided basic accommodation. The location was excellent being right in the centre of the CBD of Darwin. If you want cheap, reasonable accommodation then this is the hotel for you. If you are looking for four star quality, then go somewhere else.

  The proprietors were outstanding. We arrived having lost the use of our credit card as it had been cancelled due to online fraud. Our debit card turned out to be out of date. We were in the embarrassing situation of not being able to pay short of doing a direct bank transfer.
