  We appreciated the in-room washer & dryer. We are currently in between rental properties & it was nice to be able to do our washing within the apartment. Simple but made such a difference. When walking past they would always make an effort to speak to us and smile. All mod cons within apartment made for - The apartments were fabulous, clean and very comfortable. The italian eatery downstairs had great food and the coffee was the best we have tasted for a very long time!

  On arrival I had an issue with the room andd IMEDIATELY they couldn't apologise enough and upgraded me to a better room. The staff were awesome and the food was excellent. I couldn't have had a better stay and that was due to the staff who are highly trained in customer service, which ALL hotels should be concerned with.   We were very satisfied with our accom. and were made to feel welcome by the friendly well presented girl at the front desk both on check in Sat night and check out Sunday morning (same friendly girl) - The room was great, everything I needed and I was even offered an upgrade, the room was also spotless. Perfect! The staff were amazing!
