  We arrived by plane and airport transfer so holidayed without a car and found the location of this hotel ideal. 2 minute walk from the main shopping strip and 5 minutes to the beach. We found the room very clean, spacious and loved the private balcony overlooking the pool, garden and tennis courts. The cleaning staff were excellent and very accomm... hva folk sier » odating. We stayed for 4 nights but could have happily and comfortably stayed for many more. - The living area was very spacious and we'll equipped - it was excellent for us because we were able to have big family get-togethers easily. The swimming pool area was beautifully landscaped. Most importantly the owner and his wife were extremely helpful and put themselves out to make sure that our stay was an extremely enjoyable one.

  The apartment was very smart, clean and comfortable. I particularly liked having the balcony so that we could sit outside. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of storage.   The welcome by receptionist was excellent, telling us not only about the motel but also about Byron Bay. A 2 minute walk to the beach through the back gate of the motel and across sand dunes. A walk of a further 5 mins or so along the beach brings you into Byron Bay. Walk along pleasant road into B.Bay took 10 mins max all on the level,thus an exc... hva folk sier » ellent location. We arrived by Greyhound Coach and it took us no more than 15 minutes to get there on foot. The motel was spotlessly clean both inside - Great service! They were keen to help with anything, provided a continuous supply of toiletries/tea/coffee /hot chocolate and even had umbrellas, towels and games that we could borrow for free. The bed was very comfortable and it was great to have air conditioning and foxtel in the room. The beach is literally a minute away and it's a 2 minute walk from the main street.

  Very good location within easy walking distance of beach, bars restaurants and shops etc. Good facilities for self catering. Comfortable bed. Good underground parking facilities. Was relatively quiet at night. OK if you are on a tight views - expect to pay much more views and luxury in Byron. - Although we had one of the "smaller" studios, it was... hva folk sier » very spacious, well fit out, as central as can be and, despite being in the hub of town, very quiet. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We will stay there again at our next trip to Byron Bay.

  For the rating of the motel it way exceeded expectation. We normally stay 5 star. It was well appointed and very comfy bed( much better than most 5 stars).Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Pleasantly surprised... - Location was fantastic as was the help from the staff.
