  Good stop-over on our last night of a two-week holiday before returning to Melbourne via Devonport - Spirit of Tasmania. Had a great day starting with an unexpected event - watching the Tour of Tasmania (Cycling Day 6) depart from right in front of the hotel! A full day of enjoyment when we had arrived with n - The staff were very obliging asking for a convenient time to us to service the room, and giving us breakfast when we didn't realise dining room would be closed for public holiday.fresh milk rather than long life was also a bonus..

  The staff were welcoming. The rooms were clean and well appointed. It was a short walk to restaurants, cafes and movies and the bar downstairs was excellent.
