We arrived late after an extremely long journey from the uk and were
immediately greeted warmly. We were told all about our room. The bed was
extremely comfortable and we slept well. The bath/wetroom was
absolutely ideal for my wife who is disabled. It was quiet even though

Great location, easy to find. Foyer looked inviting, bowl of apples a +.
Comfortable/convenience/unexpected extras (eg laundry, 3
TV's, large fridge). Cleanliness throughout the apartment. Loved the
complimentary breakfast with very friendly & helpful staff.
Friendly/family atmosphere. Comfortable beds, quiet night. Security
in lift ... can only be used by guests (would not operate without pass).
Secure & free Parking. Our visitors from the uk were very impressed

I loved it all, the room was perfect, clean, had everything provided for a our stay. Staff were brilliant. One day we were leaving to go down town, and it was just starting to rain. We were immediately given an umbrella by the helpful staff behind the desk. Any questions that we had, were answered without any problems. -

always smiling. Apartment was comfortable & clean, very well

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartments - wonderful, with
everything a family required. Having access to two balconies, and two
ensuites reduced 'traffic congestion' when other family members
came to visit. We were close to an Italian Restaurant, Chinese and Thai,
and MacDonalds - all within a couple of blocks - and just around the

The staff were excellent. Friendly and not rude. The room was nice. Well furnished and very clean. We had a great time and will be returning in the near future as we had such a great experience with your hotel.
