What a lovely hotel, its location is centre of Brisbane and the rooms are huge. My husband and myself stayed in a one bedroom apartment. The thing that absolutely sold me on this hotel was the service. From our arrival the check in staff and concierge were so helpful. Can't think of a time recently when I have received such consistently good customer service from an establishment!! The bedding was so soft and cossie and your snuggled right into the donna, had a fantastic night sleep. Normall

Cleanliness, neat facilities, friendly welcome and generous size of apartment and appointments. NOT run-down or shabby looking like so many other airport motels. Everything in the room functioned too.
Quiet enough for a city location and free off-street parking. Very easy to find.
Perfect if you have an early morning flight out from the airport!

A Good value hotel in comparison to some motels that I've stayed in. Very quiet so I had a good night's sleep after travelling all day from Perth. Staff very helpful, ample free under ground parking.
