Extremely convenient and excellent for the budget traveller. This motel definetely does not dissapoint. I was extremely surprised at the quality for money, and the friendly and helpful staff. I will be a return customer for sure!. Location was chosen to suit our visiting arrangements and was very convenient. It was clean, well presented run by an obliging and friendly duo and represented very good value.

I slept like a log and it didn't cost much. I left my wallet and watch behind and it seemed no trouble for you to send it to me. Thank you. I spent just one night there and did not miss anything. A good value for the money in Australia. Always greeted with a welcome smile, great location and always very clean and well presented. It was attractive and comfortable for its price. The manager was pleasant and helpful. the whole experience was perfect,we will stay next time we are in Batemans Bay. Friendly and helpful service. Moderate cost. Quiet but central location. great staff, clean comfortable rooms. a great place to stay on a budget. Across the road from the catalina club that has reasonable price meals. The location. the staff friendliness and the comfort of the bed. The size of the room was amazing. It was really clean and tidy. short stroll to the Catalina, clean & Comfortable. Very clean room and bathroom and comfortable bed. clean basic, good for my budget, comfortable. Plain and functional but nothing special. The Staff were very friendly and lovely. Close to all the Tourist Attractions. location to where we wanted to go. Clean, friendly, tidy motel !!!. Easy booking n friendly lady. The location and comfort. the rooms were impeccable. Pool was warm. It was easy access to the beach and clubs and shops and there was no traffic noise. Close to all local facilities. It was clean and near the beach. The staff were friendly and the place seemed quiet. Clean and bright and reasonably spacious. It was close to the town and beach. Location. No problems to repor. Very little shelf/benchspace to organise tea/coffee making or to put things in bathroom. Nothing. I was very satisfied. nothing!!. The shower head was very loose, I was able to tighten it & there was not fan and the mirrors kept fogging up. Smallest TV I have ever seen in a motel room. the decor was abit outdated. A bit too close too the highway / noisey. Breakfast was not as expected but maybe we are just spoilt. T.V a bit small. Aircon average. Was a warm night and did not cool the room. There was a strong smell coming from the drain in the bathroom which was awful at night. The bathroom door would not close it was out of alignment and there was no mirror over the basin in the bathroom it was over on the wall. There was no fan in the bathroom so the mirrow was fogged all the time. No micro wave oven in the unit. No toaster in the unit. Interior lighting not suitable for those who wear classess. No exterior lighting. Shower hot and cold water mixer did not work correctly you either froze under cold water or were scalded under the hot water. the fact that asked for a disable room and there is no disable rooms and to steps into every room dissapointing when your in a wheelchair. Room too small. Only a small soap for each person was provided. Pillows were horrible and had no proper pillowcases but the ones matching the bed cover. At night time the very bright lights outside were kept on all night making it difficult to get a good night sleep. No toaster. no hair dryer, air conditioner only blew HOT air!. The lighting in the hotel were extremely dim and affected our mood - we did not enjoy our stay there and couldn't wait to leave due to the dullness of the room. The bathroom had a foul stench to it that wouldn't go away. At the moment I am in Merimbula staying in a 2 bed apartment fsc for the same price of $120 per night as the Hanging Rock Family Motel. Unclean bathroom.
