Great location! Only one block away from the city centre & the other direction is the Melbourne museum.
Modern accomadation with neat & tidy rooms.
Kitchen was large & spacious & always appeared clean.
Sunny days the roofs sun deck is perfect to catch a tan.
Not the cheapest place, but I would come back for sure. -

... hva folk sier » nt travelling with family, price was everything. I was concerned that I would be staying a a dive but I was rapt with the facilities, price, and location of Space in Melbourne. I will be staying again even if I was travelling on my own! I was amazed that there was even a Movie theatre.

The staff was awesome. The reception staff, kitchen staff, cleaning staff, all so friendly. It was clean, and the hotel is near the station, and very close to the famous Chapel Street (Restaurants/Shopping)

It is not a luxury hotel and is at the lower end of the price scale, but it is excellent for what it was. The place was kept immaculately clean and the staff were assiduous and very helpful. They were extremely good in serving breakfast, which was another bonus, and the front desk team were very friendly and accommodating. I thought this hotel superb value. It is right beside South Yarra Metro station, which has very frequent service 6 minute to and from the central part of Melbourne.
