Hi Guys, I booked this Motel for my son and his partner as we often stay here and love the location and friendly staff, Our Kids just needed to get away as they have a baby due soon and what better place to stay than the Comfort Inn Bel Eyre Perth.

The first thing we did when we arrived was had some lunch at the bar/ restaurant . The waitress who served us was amazing ! It is very convenient, with plenty of parking available. Our superior 2 bed 2 bath apartment was spacious and was well equipped. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Next to the river there is a lovely walk with a playpark for the children. It was pleasant to have a walk and look at the boats on the harbour. You wouldnt have known that you were right next to a highway as it is so quiet and relaxing. The children loved the swimming pool.

Stylishly refurbished and modern with a very comfortable King size bed. Bathroom was lovely with a nice strong shower spray. I was very impressed with this motel, and the excellent value for money. Spotless, great pool, quiet considering we were on corner of highway, beds were crispy clean and changed every day, heaps of room to move in the room and lovely shower/bathroom. Allways a good stay in the Hyatt Perth, a well run hotel with great staff. The lobby and bar are very relaxing and not far from the centre of the city although for some it might be a bit of a walk. There is a free hotel bus to town in the morning and a free community bus run that stops close by. Parking in the hotel is easy as well. The restaurant on the street level is very good and can be booked to the room.

Beautiful location overlooking Swan River. Easy walk along well maintained gardens to Perth Central . All staff were more than helpful and always smiled when I came back from the pub slightly worse fo wear! The guest laundry faciity was a blessing as I was running out of clean clothes quicker than expected. The business centre was useful to me too. Breakfast was plentiful with a varied choice (far too much for me!). The eggs benedict were a treat, I will be adding them to my hotel requirements
