Facilities and the rooms were absolutely beautiful. Spacious and modern with everything we needed!
Friendly staff, spotless, good pool area. Cafe and bar on ground floor and very close to town centre. Excellent stay.
Apartments were the best we ve stayed on. No complaints whatever . Would definitely recommend.
Only problem we had was with the taxi service which was nothing to do with the hotel. Only one taxi firm, monopoly situation and very arrogant after turning up half an hour late.
Apartments are very well fitted out, with quality appliances and very clean. Great location above the marina and very close to restaurants and town centre. Very flat 5 min stroll to lagoon with stroller.
Could provide more washing up detergent, dishwasher tablets and toilet paper
Best linen ever! Fantastic views!! Great room layout with stylish interior styling and design. Great distance to main-street and facilities. Private yet welcoming. Great security setup including car-parking and for the rooms and amenities etc.
Noise restrictions - quite early but in the best interests of fellow guests! No room service ;)

Location to the town (Airlie Beach) was excellant and within an easy walk..10 min walk. Rooms were very big, had everything you need as the rooms are self contained. If you didn't want to cook, there are some very nice restaurants down stairs, coffee lounge and a bottle shop. It is not noisy and the setting is fantastic.

Style and location
Bedrooms a bit small
Location excellent for Airlie Beach - only a couple of minutes walk to shops, beach and restaurants. Lovely view out of balcony onto the marina.
Very cramped, crockery, cutlery and pots and pans etc extremely limited, stove top erratic. Balcony lacked any privacy, no change of bed sheets in ten days. Even though a non smoking building, there seemed no effort to stop others from smoking even after requests to staff. Given clear windows at both ends of the apartment it was impossible to have both privacy inside the apartment and refreshing breeze since we needed to have the louvres open which did not allow for the privacy.

The concierge was so utterly rude, will never stay again simply because of his attitude.
