The desk staff was very friendly, especially Paula who helped me book city tours. The views from the restaurant and my room was simply amazing and the breakfast was good. My Room was tiny but the bed was very comfortable. Location is fantastic (innercity) for visitors who wants to enjoy Ushuaia since everything is at very short and walking distance. Anna was very friendly. she made me feel part of her family. She let me sit upstairs in the lounge even though I checked out waiting for my daughter. I felt very comfortable there, and it was very warm and friendly. I will definitely recommend it, and I would stay there again.. Thanks for letting me have a good experience, -
