  Modern boutique hotel in neigborhood of Palermo Hollywood. Its abit further away from old Palermo (about a 15-20 min walk) where most boutique stores and restaurants are situated. Stayed in the junior suite and it was supberb. The room had a kitchen and a lounge area. There's also a gym on the terrace. Overall, it was a warm, comfortable and - Great hotel, immediately felt at home. In Palermo Hollywood near restaurants and bars, very friendly staff, nice design, big and clean rooms, excellent bed, good Wi-Fi, real shower with plenty of hot water, small Spa and Gym on the roof.

  Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, comfortable and the overall colonial look very well maintained.   The staff were outstanding.They operated as a really good team, nothing was too much trouble and they were a great sight for a weary traveller as I got there after a long flight.My not speaking Spanish was not a problem as they all spoke and understood English very well.They seemed to enjoy the challenge. In a word "perfecto". - Absolutely brill... hva folk sier » iant hotel and would highly recommend. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They made all our restaurant recommendations and reservations, helping with plans for the day etc. The location is brilliant for lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. Would not hesitate on booking here again.

  Once we moved to Hotel Suites and Lofts 1 (the loft-one of the twohotels), the staff was very helpful, the hotel very clean and the valuefor money good. Especially the staff needs mentioning here. However,this does not apply to Hollywood Suites and Lofts 2 (the suites-tower)!!!!
