We felt very much at home at this hotel. Staff is very friendly, and helpfull when you need information about the waterfalls.
The hotel is located about 15 minutes away (walking) from the town centre in a residential area. That makes it nice and quiet at night and it's a safe route to walk. (and the town's centre isn't that nice either)

The best hotel in Puerto Iguazu. Exceeded all my expectations.
Especially if you prefer boutique experience and not the mainstream
large hotels for mass tourism. Personal touch, great design and relaxing
atmosphere is what you get. Another surprise came from their restaurant:
the chef has a Michelin star and it shows. His creations is a work of
art on a plate that will tickle all your senses. The staff is helpful
and will get you sorted with all your trips to the waterfalls. The owner
is great

Loved the rooms and the pool area was just gorgeous. Great choice for breakfast and it was lovely to finally have an area of fresh fruit! (It would have been nice to have some non-sweetened breads though-too much sweet stuff and cakes!!) Really enjoyed our stay here. Gorgeous views from our room, and good staff. -

From the first moment we entered the hotel we loved it. Reception stuff was very helpful. I loved this place! it was one of the best hotel I've been ever! It is locate in the middle of the jungle near to the Iguazu river with amazing swimming pools with tress in the middle of them. The rooms are lovely and its staff were very kind all the time. Definitely I recommend this amazing place! The paradise!

On arrival, the desk man spent a quarter hour with us, explaining touroptions, and was patient and charming. Immediately, we felt at ease. At the spa, two of us enjoyed the hot stone massage, delightful and quite reasonable. - Staff were extremely helpfull and English was excellent

Excellent locaton, you can see the spray of the falls from the hotel and it was litterally seconds to walk to the path for the falls. We were short on time and found this the perfect place to stay. We liked the fact that the Iguazu Sheraton is the only hotel located
within the boundaries of Iguazu Falls National Park. If you're
staying just 1 night for Iguazu, then being within the park itself
basically gives you 2 days. Fly in one morning, fly out the next
evening. Very nice, clean hotel with a friendly, helpful staff. Although
the room was a little pricy, I would still spring for the extra cost of
getting a room with a view of the falls. If your "included
breakfast" is important to you,

This hotel is great. The reception staff where so friendly and the room was perfect for what I needed which was pretty much a bed and a shower. The hotel was really close to some good restaurants and near the bus terminal to the falls. The added bonus of the breakfast really helps with the budget too as the falls and iguazu itself is quite expensi

They arrange a taxi back to the airport and also looked after my luggage when is checked out and went to the falls for the morning. -
We loved everything!! This hotel was great value for money and for us, that took this as a break from hostels because of the poor quality of the hostels in the city, it was a true paradise! Comfortable beds, extremely friendly staff (especially the pregnant woman and the man that was a bit older) and great big showers! Do not hesitate, stay here!

Great location, there are a couple closer to the falls but this is right on the river, close to the point of Argentina / Brazil / Paraguay and the main town area is round the corner. Hotel was amazing and a Casino for those who fancy a little roll of the dice -

THE STAFF WAS MAZING! JOSE was so helpful & friendly and Valerio, the manager, was very professional and courteous. Maria, at reception, was very pleasant all the time.
The restaurant was great! We had breakfast included, so we ventured out for dinners... The last noght we ate dinner at the hotel - we wished we had eaten there every night

The hotel was well situated being near restautrants, shops and the bus station.
The rooms were spacious and comfortatable. Well equipped with plenty of bath towels, pool towels, hair dryer and a fridge. Didn't need to use the fridge bar.
Breakfast in the Restaurant whilst plentiful, lacked imagination and after a few days became repeatative.
Staff at reception were pleasant and helpful. Even arranged to telephone for the airport bus without question.

English speaking, friendly and very helpful staff. Rooms are simple but clean and it's very relaxing by the pool. Breakfast was excellent. We would happily recommend this hotel and also recommend that you eat in their restaurant, the Italian food is amazing and the place gets packed with non resident guests in the evening so a good atmosphere. -

The two managers are lovely people friendly helpful and will chat away all other staff friendly too. Really enjoyed are stay here, close to shops, restaurants, bars and bus station. Massive swimming pool gutted I didn't get to use it as it was raining and not as hot as needs to be to swim! Managers will give u all info needed and a good restauran

We found the owner of the hotel very funny, helpful and fluently speaking in English. He gave us a lots of useful advises.The rooms are clean, they also have a pool. It was a pleasant stay.
