They made recommendations and reservations for us and were very helpful when we left and discovered our rental car had a flat tire. All in all it's a wonderful place to stay.

  The location is great - in the middle of downtown Mendoza. The front office staff was extremely helpful - we had to stay longer because the passage to Chile was closed and they helped us out wherever they could. - Near Plaza Independencia. Clean enough. Staff was helpful and accomodating.
