Evidently, he finally did check with letsbookhotel.com and said he had it - but not until after being nasty upon arrival.   I really love this hotel situated smack downtown in the city center (microcentro) and have stayed there several times and will be back again. Reception staff and attention you get from them is really wonderful, thanks Gaston, Andrés and Leandro. I was able to check-in bef - The staff members were very courteous and would go out of their way to help. Complementary breakfast offered a range of food and drink to choose from. Centrally located to most of the places I wanted to see and public transportation systems was within easy reach. I felt safe. I enjoyed the classic charm of the hotel.
