  The location is great!!! Florida street, about 5 mins walk to the heart of Buenos Aires. Their staffs are friendly and helpful.   Great location and nice staff. - The coffee at breakfast was really good, freshly brewed and hot milk to boot. Pretty good as far as 'breakfast included' goes. If you like pubs, there are a bunch near the hotel.

The street (Maipu) is not particularly attractive but walking righy from the hotle takes you to the beautiful San Martin Plaza and it is only a block from Florida St., the pedestrian shopping street and on the way is the excellent restaurant TanCat.
