The street (Maipu) is not particularly attractive but walking righy from the hotle takes you to the beautiful San Martin Plaza and it is only a block from Florida St., the pedestrian shopping street and on the way is the excellent restaurant TanCat. For once the air conditioning controls were working properly and easy to adjust. The bathroom was impeccable with plenty of room for toiletries and the shower was great.
