Quite, clean, most of all, large spacious room with art deco design - The room itself. It is huge and "pintoresco" as they say. (picturesque) although it needs a new painting. The bed is very comfortable.

that the hotel arranged for us dropped us off at the wrong hotel after

Room was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was great.
Location was superb, and a great spot to walk to all the sights and shopping.
Organised an airport transfer which was excellent and waiting or us. (Despite having to give a change of airports at late notice!!)

The staff in this hotel are great - couldn't be more helpful. I arrived early but was immediately granted access to my room - 3 hours early.
