Staff were generally friendly and tried to make stay enjoyable, location.
Poor wi-fi. No kitchen for a hostel. Only one bathroom. The other bathroom cannot lock. No heater in room.
Wifi was sometimes not working, poor security, staff wanted to charge more for room on arrival, woke to staff banging on door at 2am wanting to check someone in only to realize they beds were all not made yet.
