This hotel is a gem in Buenos Aires! Located in the city center, at walking distance from the Casa Rosada and the Buquebus departure port, it is a must if you love the atmosphere of the Buenos Aires in the 1950-60 and the tango. The hotel is like a wee museum full of memorabilia related to Buenos Aires' top Tango stars. The breakfast is fantastic (buffet). The staff is very helpful and friendly. Do not miss it!!

Location is fantastic! That best thing about this hotel. Lots of good restaurants and bars around, shop, pharmacy, etc. Personnel is taking care of safety, which is good except the cases when you have to go out late at night and there is nobody who can open the door for you. And you can't do it by yourself. Personnel is nice, trying to help and recommend. Room is clean, comfortable.

The staff were outstanding.They operated as a really good team, nothing was too much trouble and they were a great sight for a weary traveller as I got there after a long flight.My not speaking Spanish was not a problem as they all spoke and understood English very well.They seemed to enjoy the challenge.

We had an absolutely fabulous experience at Mio. Staff were very accommodating, room was incredible (we had one with a bath). Would loved to have stayed longer, but unfortunately we only had one night! If ever back in BA, we will stay at Mio!
