  Location was my favorite. Nicholas, the doorman, was especially friendly but the whole reception area was outstanding. Breakfast was good and staff was wonderful. - Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

  The hotel surprised me in a positive way. One day before our arrival, I received an email from the staff asking what time we would arrive and placing himself at the disposal.   Stayed here for four nights and liked this French run hotel. there was a mini bar and a safe with large flat screen cable TV. Loved the friendly efficient and knowledgable staff. We were made to feel very welcome and the hotel has a family feel about it which we enjoyed. Location is very good for the restaurants in Palermo and about 20 minutes walk in a safe area to the nearest metro station. - - The owner (Frederic) is a very pleasant enthousiastic guy and he gives very good advices on places to go to - The hotel has by far the best finishing in construction and decoration we have seen in Argentina, something which is far from obvious in Argentina - the hotel is located in Palermo Hollywood; to our opinion even better than Palermo Soho: lots of nice restaurants and bars
