We had booked a junior suite. The room was good sized with a small balcony. The room is large with a spectacular bathroom area. The staff was helpful and friendly. Their recommendations of restaurants and activities were great. Room was big and bright with a big comfortable bed. Location was right near a lot of shopping and transit. Every major tourist site was within walking distance or a short taxi.

Huge room and a bathroom with a separate toilet. The location is fabulous, just round the corner from the cemetery, the craft market and lots of restaurants. Staff were really helpful in printing off boarding passes for us. Rally good selection of food at breakfast served in the lovely airy indoor garden. -

We loved this hotel!! Highlights for us were the valuable local knowledge the staff provided (especially Victoria), the bed and size of the room, the rooftop pool (this seems to be a rare treat at BA hotels), and lastly the best meal we had the entire trip was at the HG restaurant underneath the hotel. We only have great things to say of this hotel and would definitely return if we are ever again in BA. We also found the fierro blog Insidebuenosaires.com full of the best advise for things to do
