Very good location in district 3 but also at the edge of district 1. Quick walk to a number of the main attractions and downtown area.
Lots of coffee bars also nearby. The staff atvthe hotel are very professional and helpful. The apartments are large and spacious and although I booked a 1 bedroom apartment was given a 3 bed / 2 bathroom apartment

As a family of 6 we loved the hotel. The 3-bedroom apartment we booked
was huge and so comfortable for us, and the price was just a bit more
than 1 room in a 5-star hotel. Breakfast was also good, as was the
swimming pool. Service was very friendly and although the hotel is
located in District 3, it was only a 7 minute walk to the city centre
or a cheap taxi ride away. I recommend this hotel for everyone,
especially families. There is a very good Japanese restaurant, Tokyo
Town, and a supermark

Staff were very friendly, extremely helpful and made sure we were not ripped off by the taxi driver from the airport. The taxi driver tried to charge us 200,000VND but when we arrived at the hotel the staff opened the cab door before we had a chance to pay and told us not the pay the driver but to pay the hotel when we checked out as they have an

Good location (20 min on foot on average to the main sites). Helpful staff, the owner even speaks Russian a little bit. Cheap tours to Ku Chi tunnels and Mekong delta are on offer, but we haven't been there, so I can not guarantee their quality.
Room is tidied every day, with bedclothes & towel change. Local as well as western dishes for breakfast.

The staff did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The
security was 100% and the hotel was very clean.The swimming pool is a
big bonus as not many (if any) 3 star hotels have that facility. And
even though it is rather small it is a huge bonus in the hot sticky
weather. The room staff were very thorough and very friendly.All in all
the staff make the hotel what it is.

We booked here to get away from the noise and bustle of district 1 and it was well worth it. Great hotel, pool, breakfast, room with balcony and good wifi. Can walk to district 1 in about 20 minutes maybe a bit longer but taxi's range from 40,000 - 90,000 vnd depending on traffic etc.

Really good Wifi. - 2 days stay. Everything was great. Good service! Very convenient for city adventure. you can find lots of backpackers around you because the hotel is located right there in the backpacker district. Thus you can find everything you need in walking distance. We just love it. Hotel staffs were nice and helpful and speak good English. Highly recommend. for backpackers.
