The customer service was great, very polite and thoughtful.

There were some areas of the room (closet as well as corners of the
room) you could tell needed some extra attention. Also the letsbookhotel.com
price was over what the room price was listed at in the room by
$10/night.
Pillows and matress were not as good as I would like.
Many Bugs were seen on the first floor... Luckily I stayed on the 4th.
The elevator to my floor only worked 50% of the time. The clean up
ladies ate some of my food in the fridge and returned the half eaten
container.

The hotel is under construction so very loud and the wholefront lobby
was under plastic. After the renovation is through Iam sure the rooms
will be much nicer.
