Everything! We especially loved the bunk room set up! We traveled with
two parents and two adult boys 18 & 20. We all wanted to stay in
the same room but a typical 2 double bed set up in most hotels would
not have worked and having two rooms in a typical hotel would have

Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience. The staff are fabulous, very friendly, professional, cannot do more to help. The pool is great - at times (weekend afternoons when the sun is out) it is quite a "scene" which might annoy someone looking to relax but it is what it is (and at other times it is very relaxing). The restaurants are very good and the rooftop bar/club PHD is great on a Saturday (although be aware that it is run separately from the hotel so after 11 or so, being a hotel guest does not guarantee access). We stayed at Four Points for 4 nights, once we landed in Newark Airport we caught the bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal (Newark Airport Express Bus), the price was $28 each return, or $16 each way. The staff was amazing especially Kathia and Mohammed. Kathia was the
young lady that checked us in and she was very helpful as well as kind
and considerate. Mohammed was one of the gentlemen in the lobby. He
stored our luggage so we could go ahead and go site-seeing while we
waited on our room. When the room was ready Kathia was very quick to
finish the paperwork and get us checked in. Instead of waiting for our
luggage, Mohammed told us to go on up to the room and he would bring it
up for us.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful- a breath of fresh air. From the time we arrived early to the time we checked out the entire stay was so easy. The staff are all extremely welcoming and friendly, the rooms are amazing and the rooftop bar has the most brilliant views.
Wine hour every afternoon is also a nice little perk to staying here!

We had a terrific view from our Hudson Suite of the Macy's July 4th fireworks; it was the most important factor in our choice on ink48 and we weren't disappointed. The Hudson Suite was well-designed and filled with light - quite different from other Manhattan suites we have stayed in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were surprised how close we were to the theater district.

The staff were brilliant. On check in we discovered another persons luggage in our room. They promptly removed that and then put us in another room....along with 3 free breakfasts, cocktails, beer and food! Gave us a late check out at no extra cost and the bar staff are very friendly. A great, clean comfortable room and not far from the sights or subway. I would stay again.

Was my first time at a Four Points Sheraton. I signed up for a frequent
visitor card. I thought the free water bottles in the room were an
excellent touch, also the free hot apple cider in the lobby was great.
Similarly, while I did not personally take advantage of it, I loved the

The front desk girls were amazing .... very happy and extremely helpful. We had room 1601 (on the 16th floor) and had a view of the Empire State Building which was fab. The hotel was very quite at night .... just what we wanted. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to friends/family. For the money, it far exceeded our expectations. Greenwich and Soho are literally on the doorstep, so great for eating and shopping.

We arrived an hour early and were let into our room which we didn't expect. Staff were very friendly at reception and gave us free spanish tapas vouchers for use at the bar in the hotel. Lovely modern room with a huge really comfortable bed (more comfortable than the bed on the cruise ship that we joined a few days later). The complimentary breakfast was amazing an had one of the best selections of any hotel I've been to. Something for everyone! The rooftop terrace was beautiful and great to watch the sunset on as well as to eat. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The large shower was great and always able to get warm water. Ice machines were easily accessible and staff were friendly.

The hotel is extremely close to the light path train, which made
traveling to nyc extremely convenient.
The mattresses were quite comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious.
Debbie was also extremely helpful. We had a rather large yellowish stain on the comforter of one of our beds, and she had housekeeping change it immediately. Also, she gave our family a breakfast voucher for two (which was a $60 value).

De ligging om de hoek bij Times Square is super, alles is op loopafstand. Ook één van de weinge hotels met ontbijt. De ontbijtruimte is klein maar het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. - de ligging was zeer goed. De familiekamer was goed, twee bedden met goeie matrassen en goed bedlinnen. Prijs/ kwaliteit zeer goed.
