Rates were very reasonable and close to the airport and not very far from the port of Tampa. The restaurant/lounge attached had surprisingly good food and drinks. The staff was very nice and personable. They were informative about transport to their facility from the airport and to the docks.
When my cousin had a problem with the tub in our room, the staff let us into other rooms for her to investigate for a suitable replacement.

The perfect combination (Clean and Quiet), this facility was EXCELLENT for the price. Room smells fresh, not the “who die here” smell that one usually gets when you walk into a vacant hotel room. It will definitely become my prefer and affordable Hotel for this area. Kudos to the cleaning staff

The location was great - near amenities and attractions, but not right on the main road with traffic and noise. Pool area was nice, well maintained. The hotel room layout couldn't have been better for a family. The living area was separated with a door to the bedroom. This was perfect for us because we were able to put our young children down for the night but still be able to watch tv and relax in the livingroom. The landscaping outside our room was very nice. Although there needs to be some aesthetic improvements, I loved the hotel. The staff, (especially Desiree) was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast options were great. The cookies in the foyer were an added touch. -
