Helpful and courteous staff, in a natural way, not forced. Room had more comfort than I probably deserved; still, I appreciated the upgrade. I was headed for the national high school indoor track championships in New York and this was a very pleasant yet affordable place to stay. The staff was very nice and helpful; the breakfast was good, area not too crowded, plenty to go around. The room was beautiful, clean, well-insulated. I had a nice peaceful stay, while also able to walk into the more exciting parts of town.

were supposed to be there or squatting, but I thought they were cute.
Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was easy to get a cab and

Un-fortunatly when we arrived we could not see the lobby for Sala Dancers, their friends parents etc. There was a lot of noise in the corridors but the staff stopped that & the manager was incredible kind to us.........

We found this hotel comfortable and the staff were helpful. It was a good place to stay as a launch pad for trips to New York. It is a short walk (less than a mile) to the station which takes you past the downtown shops and restaurants. There is a pizza takeaway just round the corner. -
