  From the front desk staff to the cleaning crew, all the staff was extremely friendly and willing to help in any way. We especially enjoyed the people who helped with the complimentary breakfast. The hotel was centrally located so we were never more than 10 minutes from the things we wanted to do. I would definitely stay there again. - Breakfast... wat mensen zeggen » was a great deal.   Were booked for Monday night but arrived, unexpectedly, a day early..in the middle of the night. They accommodated very nicely--giving a good rate and complimentary parking. Parking is very safe--a concern of ours in a downtown setting. A really great location: excellent for getting around especially downtown and for using the transit system. Michael, Raul and Michael were helpful and considerate - they even let me keep my bags in the office after I checked out, since my train wasn't scheduled until 4 pm.   Rooms are really clean and nice and it gave me a very homely feel. The staff are very nice as well and there is an IHOP diner located just beside it which is not expensive at all. I will definitely recommend this hotel to other guests if they need to find a place to stay in San Diego.   Betsy was wonderful and made the stay very enjoyable. - Front desk staff was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful in every way, happily accommodated my special requests. Convenient location right off the 5, but we couldn't hear the traffic noise. Lush and beautiful vegetation, palms, bougainvillea, citrus trees. Beds were comfortable.
