We especially liked the shuttle service for airport and local transport to dining spots and the access to down town and the area via the highways that were very close. Everything. I needed a place to stay near the airport, where as a solo
woman traveling I felt safe and comfortable. This hotel was perfect.
I accidentally left my cell phone in the lobby of the hotel when I left. I called the hotel from the airport and the front desk supervisor drove my phone and charger to me!! Such service and friendliness!!

I booked our room with letsbookhotel.com the rate that was given to me by letsbookhotel.com was not honored at check out by Holiday Inn.They charged us more. We have a large family and travel several times a year, but I will NEVER stay here again because of this. They should have honored the rate. -

Nice decor. I liked that an old building had been converted into a hotel. Old charm mixed with contemporary decor. I liked the set up of the restroom and vanity. -
The staff was just incredible, from the front-desk reception to the valets. The room, which overlooked the Alamo, was very nice. We loved our time at the Indigo.

It was only for 1 night. It was supposed to be me and my boyfriend but
he couldn't go so it ended up being a friend girl instead. The hotel
is very nice. Bed was very comfortable. I didn't need to request
anything so I had no contact with the staff besides check in/check
out and that was very fast. I would stay there again. -

evening to look at the city the food wasn't all that great but they

Really enjoyed our stay here. Walking distance to some of my favorite places, especially to "Mi Tierra". I love that there is a Catholic Church behind the Hotel, so we were able to attend Mass on Sunday. Our room was very clean, staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again. -

Honestly, the only reason why we stayed at the hotel because
bookings.com made an error and we stayed there for only 16 dollars. The
hotel was nice and they treated me and my bff with respect and dignity, -
