  Staff was very friendly. Very clean but online pics make it look alot nicer/newer than it really is. Showed pictures of outside and inside pool but only had inside pool functioning. Showed pictures of restaurant when there only was a small area with a bar and a few tables. Very deceiving. - Beds were comfortable. People were friendly. Did not use... wat mensen zeggen » shuttle but heard it was easy to use. Actually like the Native American theme as it is unique from other mall area hotels. Just keep it consistent through out and never listen to the decorator who did the lobby redo again.

  The staff at this hotel were amazing,professional and without getting into details the mgr. Went that extra mile and they truly appreciate the support and trust I definitely would recommend staying there again. p.s. Hotel was walking distance to restaurants and convenient store. The hotel was also close to the Mall of America.
