  Hotel had a more personable feeling about it - some of the larger hotels are so impersonal. Staff were extremely friendly and greeted you upon arrival and departure. Staff were very responsive. The location is extremely good - quiet and within walking distance to many of the tourist sites. Overall had an excellent stay at Taj and would like to ... wat mensen zeggen » thank the staff for excellent service. - This is an outstanding hotel. The service is superb and the staff courteous and polite. The dining experience is fabulous, and the chicken curry (ask for the white meat to be changed for dark meat) is divine. Room service is rapid, with the slowest delivery being 32 minutes - that would be extremely fast for most 5 star hotels that I have stayed in.

  This was THE most amazing customer service we have ever experienced . The staff can not do enough to help . Ken , Ann & Omar were amazing . We got upgraded to a suite on arrival and they really have thought of everything. The rooms were lovley , very clean and comfortable with bottled water and luxury bath robes . we received fresh cookies a... wat mensen zeggen » t bedtime and the wine tasting & nibbles each evening were fantastic . The one night we couldn't make the get together we were offered a bottle in - What a wonderful welcome we received here - a breath of fresh air after the feeling of being on a cash conveyor belt in Las Vegas. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. So friendly and Wayne is incredibly knowledgable about where to go etc in and around the city. Wine & cheese each evening was a delightful social event which gave us the chance to chat with fellow guests. The location was brilliant too.

  Great location, on block from union square. Comfortable rooms, and much less busy than other hotels in the area. Also, a reasonable continental breakfast in the club. - Excellent room, and very pleasant service. Good location and facilities.
