  Location was good and the hotel was comfortable, with larger than average rooms. The staff were terrific, from the front desk to the concierge to the doormen. The concierge found us a wonderful restaurant for dinner before our show one evening at the last minute. And Charles not only took excellent care of us when we left our bags after checkin... wat mensen zeggen » g out and before leaving for the airport, but he also arranged for car service to the airport. He made us feel like VIPs! This property is on our sh - Hilton Garden Inn Times Square is a very good hotel in New York City with an excellent location on 48th Street which is prime. The staff is very friendly and make you feel at home and very comfortable. I stayed with friends and had a great stay. Cleanliness is excellent. The rooms were very large and beds very comfortable. Overall a very good expereince and I will undoubtedly like to stay in the hotel every time I go and strongly recommend to people.

  Fantastic, safe location just a few short minutes by foot to Times Square and in the centre of Restaurant Row - in-house restaurant was great too and we had a few meals there - including room service. Breakfasts were taken in the mezzanine conservatory and were delicious, with a wide choice of food and drink - the bagels and muffins were great. ... wat mensen zeggen » The two-bedroom suite we had was just ideal for us and our three sons - it was so nice to have a lounge where we could all meet up at the end of the d - The staff were fantastic to deal with, extremely friendly and helpful. Did not request an early check in but arrived following overnight flight and were accommodated immediately. The decor and facilities were excellent and despite having a room overlooking 46th St noise was not an issue and it was a nice view to look out upon opening the curtains in Oct sun in NY.   Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Naast de eerste nacht bij een centrale airco te hebben gelegen kregen we een betere kamer aangeboden voor de andere 3 nachten. Prijs was redelijk aan de hoge kant. - wilden een pakketje voor mij vasthouden tot aankomst

  Size of room was good compared to NY rooms. Staff were extremely helpful. Very clean and location is excellent whilst quiet at night. The hotel is exactly as it is described and we were not disappointed.
