The staff was very helpful, and courteous. The room was well laid out,
clean and very comfortable. This is clearly the best hotel I have stayed
in Houston. I enjoyed it much better than the other "higher
branded" hotels near the galleria area. -

Kids loved the pool. We liked the location of the hotel to everything
within a 3 mile radius. The hotel had golf carts take us to Cowboy
Stadium which was really nice. -

The breakfast selection was good. For a free meal there were lots of options.
The beds were comfy. Room had a ceiling fan....love love love. Plenty to do close to the hotel. Price was right. Really enjoyed my stay and will stay again if the opportunity arises.

We were able to make reservations on-line, when our shower didn't
drain fast enough, the staff was very good about correcting the problem
so that we could stay in our corner room. My daughter loved the milk and
cookies and the weather cooperated, so that we were not inconvienced to
be at a separate building from our conference. Location to the west end
was convenient and desk staff, housekeeping and the man that fixed our
drain were are very accomodating.

The room was quiet. No employee noise or slamming doors or yelling from
other rooms, which were occupied. We ordered in great Indian food from a
place listed by the hotel and recommended by the bartender, Dane. Front
desk employees were nice. -
everyone very helpful and friendly. .food was good, room great, always enjoy staying at the suites.
