  Do not be put off by first apperances, the Inn looked like it was an army barracks at first with it's matt red doors and railings, but we had a room with balcony that had very nice views. Rooms were very good and clean. The staff were superb and very helpful. The outdoor pool was a good size with it's own supply of towels and was very quiet and cl... wat mensen zeggen » ean. Rapid City is an excellent place to stay, downtown with it's small individual shops and bars are a delight. Go to the beer bar in Main Street. To - I loved how clean and comfortable the hotel was. They gave us a $5 coupon for breakfast at the restaurant on property and the breakfast was great. I would definitely stay at the hotel again if in the area.

  Office was bright, clean, and smelled good! Was very welcoming-easy check in. Room was on the ground level so easily accessible with luggage, etc. Continental breakfast was good. Many brochures for navigating around the Black Hills. - the check in was very nice, she could not find our letsbookhotel.com reservation right away, we had just made it... wat mensen zeggen » but when she did all she had was smoking and she gave us a nicer room that was no smoking for the same price

  Room was outstanding. It was clean, had a refrigerator, a good tv with plenty of channels. The beds were extremely comfortable with tons of pillows but the most impressive part was the shower. It rained hot water like no other hotel I'd stayed in and the value was unbelievable. - Very convenient location just off I-90 interstate. Away from downt... wat mensen zeggen » own though. Not a problem because we had a car. Plenty of eating places and close to Walmart and Target to stock up on supplies.

  It was a very enjoyable stay. Room was nice, beds were comfortable as were the pillows. The staff were very professional and very polite. The restaurant was also very well run with superb food. The only complaint we had was that the jets in the hot tub were not working, if that's anything to complain about!!
