Nice hotel shop with reasonable prices. - The location was perfect. We took the trolley tour which was right next door. The restaurant and bar had good food and reasonable prices.

  Well, if you have to point the exact center and downtown of Providence, ri, you would have to put the pin on The Biltmore... This is like an icon of the city and one of those old-school American hotels. The location itself is unbeatable and it looks over the 'central park' of Providence; Kennedy Plaza. The rooms are nice, the lobby looks old-schoo... wat mensen zeggen » l. But that's about it. - Service was excellent, friendly and attentive front desk and concierge--available at all hours. The front desk upgraded me to a larger room with morning sun. The bed was very comfortable, firm with a mountain of soft pillows. Good, fast (and complimentary) wireless. Fitness room was empty at 5:30 a.m. easily accessible and with towels and bottled water.

  Enjoyed the facility itself, but the staff made our stay more pleasurable. The location was within walking distance to almost all of Newport. I will go again. - I love that the hotel is unique and desn't feel like any chain hotel. I also love the history of the hotel and that it has been open since 1929.

  I was truly pleased with this particular location. We are a middle aged couple who just decided to take off midweek for a quick trip to the cape/Newport etc. Staff was so friendly, helpful and courteous. Stayed in the older area "Land Mark Hotel Loved It and heard the newer constructed are across the way where the pools and hot tub and roof top h... wat mensen zeggen » ot tub along with fire pit is beautiful. King Suites with ability to close off your bedroom, frig, sinks, micros washers and dryers what more could yo - Upon arrival the concierge paid attention to our personal trip plans and upgraded our 2 queen room to a king room with full 2 person jacuzzi for the same price - it totally changed the whole trip for us - we hardly ever left the room!! We were within 2 minutes walking distance to some of the best food in newport - and the beach was right across the street

  Very accomodating staff...sent a bottle of wine to our room for our anniversary. Nice that there was an outdoor bar on premesis. Very happy they have shuttles taking you onto Thames St. Ordered fried calamari and it was very, very good! All staff so nice but Paulina who checked us in was outstanding!!!!!! - The location was beautiful. We had... wat mensen zeggen » decided on Thursday night to see if there were any rooms available for Friday night and luckily there were. The shuttle was so convenient and the staff were very friendly. We have decided to make it a yearly occurance.
