The staff (Marlene & others) were delightful and extremely accommodating. The "Inn," which is more like a series of villas connected together was beautifully set - perhaps 10 meters from the Beach. The outstanding friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was
refreshing. They went out of their way to offer assistance and always
were accommodating. A delicious spread at breakfast was very pleasant in
the outdoor garden looking onto the ocean. I had forgot my phone charger
in the room and the cleaning staff turned it in; I received it when I
returned to pick up my bags later in the day. Overall, I give them the
highest marks in service, location and amenities. I will definitely be
returning

The hotel is in a great location, on a popular street in Old San Juan. It's beautifully restored and decorated with a Moroccan flair. There is no elevator, but that just adds to the uniqueness and authenticity of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms, though small were clean and thoughtfully decorated. We were there one night and thought that it was a beautiful hotel with a lot of character. In Old San Juan and close to shops and restaurants and activities. Staff and owner very friendly and helpful.--Help carry luggage upstairs and downstairs. Owner says that plans are in the works for an elevator. We would stay there again.

This is a very nice hotel and I hope to go back next year. The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. I liked having the pool right outside my door and being able to relax in it 24/7. The beach is also very close and seemed more private than the other area beaches. I only stayed one night and because of circumstances it was a last
minute call. From the moment I called they were helpful courteous, and
from the moment I arrived I felt home. The staff was friendly and
accommodating they have me a great room it was clean and cozy. It was
right next to the beach and although a city beach it was very pleasant.
The price was right and affordable. I would have loved to stay there
longer. I recommend it.

I love the staff. We were greeted with fabulous coffee. The room was very authentic PR. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were beautiful. The location was superb. Loved the O So Hip vibe of this place. My husband and I had some friends come visit us in the hotel while we were there and the staff was just as nice to them as they were to us. I loved the open courtyard in front of our room where we hung out and enjoyed the air. The breakfast was great and the fresh bread was to die for. The location is spot on

My stay at this hotel was amazing! The staff was wonderful and the decor was to die for. Bewarned though there are no TV's in the rooms! I loved this fact some people may not. The hotel attendant Gabe. was super nice and not to mention pretty.
