  The hotel was beautiful. Our room was massive. The beds were so comfortable. I love design and color and the rooms were well put together. Fridge in the room, very handy. The staff was more than welcoming. My favourite part was the private beach area. Gorgeous pools, beaches and extremely clean. I am so happy to have stayed there. The bartenders and folks at the front desk were especially accommodating.

  Really it is a familiar environment. It is close to every important place and the service was very good. Specially the gentleman that was security at night, he always help me to get my parking for disables because my husband is visually impair. No matter at what time I get to the hotel he moved the cars so I can park close to the entrance. Thanks... wat mensen zeggen » again - A lovely place to stay. Nicely designed and clean and friendly. Stop looking, you won't find a better hotel for the money. The food was fantastic as well. Close to airport, centrally located for attractions. Don't miss the rain forest just outside of town and car rental is very affordable in San Juan.

  I liked the unintentional retro-funky look to the property. It was neat in so many ways....cool pool, restaurant, greenery, etc. The desk personnel were both greate. - The staff was really nice, the facilities were very nice too, I looked the look and decoration of the place. It's a perfect spot to have a local feel of Puerto Rico.

  The service. We were a family of 8, with our 10 month old grandchild...the staff worked hard to make sure that our stay was comfortable. We had a regular room, a junior suite, and two king suites. Unfortunately, the air conditioning went out in both king suites. It was off and on for 2 days...ultimately they changed us to different rooms (upgradin... wat mensen zeggen » g our son and daughter-in-law and baby to a huge, beautiful suite) and discounted our cost. Thanks to Judy, the manager we dealt with, and Michelle fo - We booked this as a pre-cruise hotel stay in Old San Juan so we could be close to the action. We were NOT disappointed! Upon arrival and checking in we were informed that we had been given an upgrade. No idea how that happened, but it was wonderful! It was to the Presidential Suite on the 6th floor and it was simply outstanding! It was such a nice room that we decided not to venture out and explore, but instead stayed in and enjoyed all the in-room amenities. When we decided to venture out

  The Beach Guest House is very clean and peaceful. The caretaker is very nice and responsible. The location is perfect for a getaway and right off the strip from small restaurants with Puerto Rican cuisine. I recommend renting the whole house with family and friends its very budget friendly. Every Sunday, there's a live band playing traditional music And popular Salsa tunes as well. We'll definately go back! Loved it!

  The owner was very friendly and informative. He waited up until 1am for us to checkin, when our flight was delayed, and always had advice and suggestions on where to go. He also provided us with space for bikes. Wifi worked great. The shower and air con both worked very well. The beds were comfortable.   Loved the O So Hip vibe of this place. My husband and I had some friends come visit us in the hotel while we were there and the staff was just as nice to them as they were to us. I loved the open courtyard in front of our room where we hung out and enjoyed the air. The breakfast was great and the fresh bread was to die for. The location is spot on... wat mensen zeggen » . Everything and everywhere is "right down the street." - My stay at this hotel was amazing! The staff was wonderful and the decor was to die for. Bewarned though there are no TV's in the rooms!
