  One of the nicest Hamptons we have stayed at. Texas Roadhouse next door and York Galleria Mall on other side. What's not to like? Great staff, very clean and comfortable - Check in and check out were quick and easy. Bed was extremely comfortable.TV was perfect.Breakfast was delicious and easy. The room was immaculate!

  This particular Best Western is the best I have experienced in Canada and the US to this point. I mostly have had good experiences at all Best Western Hotels. What I appreciated this time in a financial way is that I set up our stay online from Canada. It was to be $90 for a Thursday and Friday night stay. Complimentary full breakfast. Great pool and spa. Nice workout room. Great views. Sits back off highway so it is quiet. Plan to stay there again. Manager was visible/accessible. Staff very attentive to guests needs and able to answer questions about the area. Didn't want to leave.

  Our experience at this hotel was the best we ever had! First when we checked in, got room key and went to our room, the key didn't work. We told the front desk and they send staff member to open the door with another set of key which also didn't work. We went back to the front desk and they gave us another room. By then it was kind of funny and when we went back to the front desk everyone was laughing, we were not upset at all, because we k - This is our second stay at Bensalem's Holiday Inn Express this year. It's become our favorite place to book on our frequent trips to Philadelphia. My husband and I like the comfort of the bed, sense of 'separate' rooms, complimentary breakfast and friendliness of the staff.
