  Location, on the gps- does not take you directly to hotel.. Loved the breakfast, However the staff was unable to keep up with the demand. Very comfy beds and nice clean rooms! Love the fridge and microwave too - My husband and I enjoyed our 2 stays and had a very pleasant stay both times, staff is very friendly and personable, we have nothing bad... wat mensen zeggen » to say would absolutely stay here again.

  Location was right next to U Penn, which was beautiful and was very close to the trolley and metro stops. An art museum was practically 500 feet away and was super close to Han Dynasty, an amazing Chinese restaurant. - It was a charming hotel with a University personality and feel.   The staff was kind and helpful. Any needs were taken care of immediately. The hotel was updated, modern, clean, and well located. The room was wonderful. It was very comfortable and clean.   This hotel is an renovate during we stay. Our room was perfect, but 1 bed on 2 was old. Internet free in the room, it's perfect too! Coffee 24 hours at the reception, very nice. And the cookies, excellent! And for my dog too! With pet, this hotel is very nice. - The staff was so accommodating. We got there early, by chance, and they let us check... wat mensen zeggen » in. I so appreciated that. They also had an excellent breakfast buffet every morning. Everyone who worked there was not just polite, but friendly and nice. So welcoming.
