They had no problems storing my luggage over the weekend while I traveled 'light' to New York for a few days, which was a huge help!   The staff was excellant very personalble. We had just arrived at the philadelphia airport from Paris a long flight and we had a 5 hour drive home.   The staff was very friendly and very helpful especially after the first suttle didn't arrive and I had to call for a second one. The shuttle driver refused a tip because they were late in picking me up, he also put together a small lunch sack for me so I would have something to eat. Darryl, at the front desk, was excellent and helpful in many ways.
