fijn hotel! er zitten heel veel hotels in dit stukje van waikiki. het maakt dus qua lokatie niet uit in welk hotel je zit. dit was voor ons een van de goedkoopste. prima zwembad, niet groot, maar wij waren vrijwel de enige die er gebruik van maakte. service was niks op aan te merken. One long blockfrom the Duke Kahanmoku statue which is dead center on the beach. GoodMexican restaurant called La Cucaracha along the way that was semi-reasonable. - I like the small size of the hotel which makes it a bit more personal and less commercial as big hotels. The room itself is very clean although the hotel building itself is dated.

This boutique hotel is "just right". Not too big, not too small, not too fancy, not too plain: relaxed, casual elegance. The food is excellent. Most of the staff have been there for years. The hotel is at the far end of Waikiki Beach, next to the Nanitorium, across from Kapiolani Park and close to Diamond Head--in short, away from the madness of Waikiki but within walking distance.

We loved our corner room. The reviews said the hotel rooms were small so we expected a closet. It was perfect complete with a balcony we didn't expect. The front desk clerk, Micah, made us feel really welcome upon our arrival. My daughter will be attending grad school at U. of H. next year, and he was very good at giving us info. on how to reach the university via the bus system. The hotel is very lucky to have Micah on the staff. The maintenance staff was also excellent and helped us very quickly when we experienced a power outage.

and the bed was very comfortable. Liked the fact that there was a
laundry room on our floor ( we did one load of wash), and for future
reference noted the microwave, empty refrigerator and coffee maker in

We stayed for one night before continuing on with our vacation. Loved the size of the hotel, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, nice room, lovely pool area. Enjoyed walking in the area and going to Byron's. We would definately stay here again and will highly recommend it to our friends. We walked thru the Best Western but preferred your hotel, less busy and more personal and friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay.

WiFi in the room enables us to keep in touch with family back in Toronto and fridge and microwave in the room which was very helpful for breakfast. We had a good room with the view of the road but no noise. The Elite concierage and the Bell hop were very helpful in arranging trips and taxi

The place is great. I stayed there for one week, and totally enjoyed my time there. What I liked the most was the staff, they really make you feel being welcome. And they are helpful. In my opinion, the best way to judge the quality of someone’s service is when something goes wrong. Well, when I had reason to complain, the issue was handled fast and professionally. Just perfect. condition such as the pool, etc. Our room met our expectations and most
