  We are a middle aged couple that traveled with our daughter and grand-baby. The suite design of the room worked great for us. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the polka dotted shower curtain was a bit of whimsy for a motel room. - It was brand new and everything was clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent.   The location is outstanding. The rooms were a good size and very comfortable. It is a good quality hotel with limited facilities but all we needed for our short break stay. - Excellent hotel in maybe the greatest NY location. Spacious rooms, all overlooking the street, very bright due to the floor-to-ceiling windows.

  The rooms were beautifully appointed in contemporary tasteful decor. Comfortable seating. Great flat screen TV. Bed was super comfortable and linens were really elegant. Bathroom setup was fantastic. The shower was the best I've ever had. Wish I could take it home with me. It was a rainshower type with great pressure and easy to turn on and off. I... wat mensen zeggen » loved the floor to ceiling windows that opened. Great light onto a quieter street. Fresh air is always nice in a hotel room. Room service was amazing - My father and I shared a standard queen room overnight while visiting nyc to see a concert. I was amazed that the concierge desk is open and available 24-7 - we ended up checking into our room at around 10:45 pm and the staff was still very happy to greet us. Each staff member expressed their wonderful personality and kindness in every interaction, and were 100% accommodating. The decor of common spaces as well as that of our room was chic yet comfortable; we enjoyed the entire experience.
