Waking up to a view of High Line Park and the Empire State Building. Comfortable bed, quiet despite being in the middle of the city and great shower. The staff was excellent. We had a problem finding a parking space and Crystal was amazing. She came into the parking lot and actually called people to ask them to move their cars to make more space available. She did in fact get us a spot. Crystal went above and beyond to help us and NEVER stopped smiling.

The only thing that i did not like was that we reserved a room with a king sized bed and pull out sofa and were given a queen bed which made it difficult with the medical devices. I am not sure ifbthisbisvan issue with Staybridge or letsbookhotel.com We tried to correct this but were unable to. -
