  Great spa, great setting, very, very nice and helpful staff. Very good food except for the Gurney burger--dry and tasteless. Nice rooms, great views, comfortable beds. Very clean and comfortable baths. It was a wonderful place to escape and relax. - Everyone who worked there was friendly and professional.We had a 2 bedroom suite right on beach.W... wat mensen zeggen » e had a problem with guests overhead. Front desk immediately offered us to move to another suite no problem. Great customer service.

  Great facility with very attentive and polite staff... The ambiance was excellent and we were able to enjoy our 30th wedding anniversary in a very welcoming environment... Staff were excellent and we received a congratulatory bottle of champagne to top of a great experience... We also enjoyed evening coffee and night caps in the Bistro and also in the Cottage - Historic, gorgeous Inn with tons of character, both inside and out. Decorated in unique Adirondack style. Awesome whirlpool and indoor pool on the ground floor. Spa is renowned. Breakfast buffet in The View restaurant was delicious. Room was plenty big for three women and tastefully decorated. Hotel is perfectly located right on the lake and a close walk to everything in town.

  The hotel is kept in reasonable condition. Room is spacious. The surrounding is ski & golf, so it is basically good place to spend a holiday. - I loved the amount of activities that were available to us. I also loved the look of the resort.

  This is a large, high end resort primarily for conventions and conferences. The place is meticulously groomed and "white glove" maintained. There are rooms in a main building and in many separate smaller buildings, all neat and attractive.We stayed in a suite that was actually a suite, I.E., two rooms with a door between, not just a large L-shaped... wat mensen zeggen » room. We looked at a regular room and it seemed just as clean and bright. The property is its own small island, with tennis courts and other sports f - We had a suite in the lodge. It was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The entire facility was immaculate and the staff was extremely accommodating. There were many places to relax and many activities to get involved in. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and I can't wait to go back.
