  Real nice stay. Close enough to Saratoga racecourse without getting beat up on the room rates. Absolutely top class steakhouse on site which was pricey but definely worth the buck (as good if not better than any nyc. Steakhouse I've eaten in. Proximity to the highway a plus. We were happy to find this hotel in that area because of location close to shopping and winery tour!   Well managed with a very attentive and helpful staff. The room we had was very comfortable with excellent beds for getting a good nights rest. While there is very little to do in the immediate area, it is located in such a place to facilitate getting to Lake Champlain, Ausable Chasm, Lakes Placis and Saranac and many other outdoor venues. Decent coffee available around the clock in - Staff, location, cleanliness.   A nice clean comfortable hotel with delightful staff, nice breakfast ( complilmentary) we were there for a gymnastics competition which was very early in the morning and while normal hours for weekend breakfast began at 7am, breakfast was open and ready at 5am to accomadate those who needed to leave early..I will stay here each time we travel for ... wat mensen zeggen » competitions in cortland and will look for other country inn and suites where ever we travel - It was so close to where our son is going to college (SUNY Cortland) We could get him moved in and a short trip, we were relaxing.! Made it a great morning for all of us!!
