  We stayed in a 1Bedroom Apartment for overnight. The place was well maintained and clean and surroundings peaceful. There were good number of restaurants which were quite close to the hotel. We wish we could have stayed there for more time to enjoy the hotel. - Reasonable distance from the airport and shopping area.Excellent Breakfast

  Waiter in lounge named Jim - was excellent - he waited on us for lunch and later for drinks. Totally professional and made us feel welcome and comfortable and still provided excellent service. We also like the live music, which is why we chose to stay here for the 2nd time. Food quality was also excellent.   Absolutely everything! My husband had cataract surgery very early in the morning of 10/8/13 in Liverpool. As we live several hours away in Massena, NY, we decided to get a room for the night as he had a follow-up appointment the following morning.   Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Fantastic location. Very nice room. Very well kept and looked after while we were there. Never felt intruded upon by house keeping. They came in while we were out. We always had fresh bath linens and the room was always spotless. We visited two other hotels in the area were relatives and friends were staying.   This was the first time we ever stayed at a Homewood suites and I will never stay anywhere else! Everything was exceptional! The rooms were clean, the full kitchen had everything we needed. The fireplace was a bonus that we thoroughly enjoyed! The room was clean.
