  We arrived to a great staff, great location. Wilson put us on the top floor with a fantastic view of Brooklyn. We had a 12 and a 9 year old with us and the hotel was close to the top of their list of sites that included all of New Yorks hits. 12 year old got sick and the staff let us check out late and even sent toast and ginger ale to our room... wat mensen zeggen » . Less than 2 blocks from subway entrance and 10 minute ride to Times Square. Barclay Center can be seen from hotel window and a 10 min walk away. - We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially thought Victor Balbi was most helpful, patient and accommodating with our needs for directions in getting around the City by Subway and planning our day sight seeing ny. He was always so pleasant & greeted us with his wonderful smile & friendly greeting when we got back from our day's outing. He certainly made our stay & visit to ny pleasant & enjoyable.   I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision.   So nice to see lemonade and cookies at check-in desk, even though we were too full to enjoy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bacon beautifully cooked at breakfast buffet; pancakes good. Loved the area for kids near the pool, and the spacious grounds. Lots of little nooks around the hotel for quiet conversations. Loved the fire "pit" outside ... wat mensen zeggen » main entrance. Indoor pool was beautiful, although so many kids there I changed my mind about going in. A disappointment. - The location is very close to the lake and there are many good restaurants nearby. The first night we were given a room that was over looking at the back parking but in the morning the staff were helpful in locating us to a room that overlooking at the lake which was very nice.

  This Hampton Inn was the 2nd nicest Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed in many. The first being the new Hampton Inn in Charlotte , NC. It was clean, new, spacious and the staff warm and friendly, and eager to serve. The rooms were lovely and the bathrooms new and clean. It was very convenient to where I was visiting and I enjoyed... wat mensen zeggen » myself immensley. - The room was very big. The key entry everywhere made me feel secure. The pools handicap chairs made me feel like you care about all your guest and their needs. I liked the facilities on the second floor, everything was accessible.

  Well managed with a very attentive and helpful staff. The room we had was very comfortable with excellent beds for getting a good nights rest. While there is very little to do in the immediate area, it is located in such a place to facilitate getting to Lake Champlain, Ausable Chasm, Lakes Placis and Saranac and many other outdoor venues. Decent coffee available around the clock in - Staff, location, cleanliness. Although we stayed during the ice storm, dueing wich the hotel was full of NYSE workers, we got the same attention as always.
